ABOUT ME
My journey started back home in Austin,TX. After years of indulging in an unhealthy relationship and lifestyle, I got fed up and made a conscious decision to change my life. I started small by working out. Then I changed my diet and eating habits. At one point things were going so well but I wanted more! I couldn’t put my finger on it but something was missing. Then I got introduced to the world of bodybuilding. I was skeptical but I figured it was worth a shot. So I put everything I had into my first show and failed miserably lol. But I was intrigued and got more serious and more dialed in than ever before. About a year later, I moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in bodybuilding. Shortly after, I started competing professionally and through that process I completely transformed my body! Although competing was a great learning experience, I craved even more. But this time it was to help others. I retired my stage bikini and got certified as a personal trainer and haven’t looked back since. Through my own growth and development with training and lifestyle change, the last 5 years I have transformed hundreds of bodies and lives through what I call the Process of UNprocessing.
Through my own personal and fitness challenges and successes, they’ve given me the drive to help others in their own endeavors. UNprocessing learned, unhealthy behaviors and implementing the process of replacing them with healthier, long term, sustainable actions is what AmberUnprocessed is all about.

Tammi’s personal fitness goal is to lose fat from her stomach area and tone in the places that are the most difficult for women. Also add a little perkiness to her booty! So far so good Tammi!

Ben is my warrior and let me tell you, he and I have been training hard! His personal fitness goal is to lose fat, gain upper body strength and SCUPLT EVERYTHING. We’ve taken a few paths to achieve the results he currently has by progressive overload, increasing neural drive and nutrition, nutrition, nutrition! I can’t wait to see what the next phase of Ben looks like!

Patrick’s personal fitness goal is to tone and sculpt his body. He is very used to working out however he felt like his workouts were stagnant . We cleaned up his diet, changed his normal workout routine, got him re-motivated and waalla! Patrick is not only smashing his original goals but he picked up a couple of bonuses along the way! He’s able to sleep better and can focus more at work. Way to go Patrick!

Ms. Assata contacted me me because she wanted to gain a few curves (booty) and loose inches off of her stomach. She’s a FULL TIME student, works FULL TIME, and is a FULL TIME mother, and yet she finds a way to train with me 5 times a week. No excuses! She’s well on her way to achieving exactly what she wants.

Spencer initially came to me with a pretty simple goal: get stronger, build and sculpt muscle (aka his chest), and have a look that relates well on camera. Over time not only has Spencer gotten stronger but we together have learned more about taking his body to levels that he’s never been able to hit before. After a strenuous shoulder injury, we had to start from the basics, re-build, and re-learn. UNprocess a lot of information that was holding us back from growth. This small setback literally catapulted Spencer into a well oiled fitness machine! Spencer now is able to set and hits goals every phase and he’s only getting better!
